Social Security Number: Don't have one? Call immediately and talk to Ken at 360-458-2240. This conversation must be in English. The reason we must ask for a Social Security Number is because RCW 26.23.150 requires the Washington State Liquor Control Board obtain a SSN for each MAST permit holder. This is to assist with child support enforcement as required by state and federal law. Therefore, as a certified MAST provider, we are required to obtain SSNs from prospective permit holders. If you have additional questions you may contact the LCB: phone: 360-664-1727.
Warning: Non-custodial parents in arrears on child support payments (generally 6 months or more) may have their MAST permit suspended or invalidated if ordered by DSHS.
